Budget Rent a Car in Alaska is proud to offer our Alaska Elite Program to our corporate customers and their subsidiaries, both large and small business owners and other business people who travel throughout Alaska.
The Alaska Elite Program is structured to reward our frequent renters with special rates and privileges. The 4-tiered program is designed as follows:
AEP- SG
This status if for State Government rentals only, including school districts in Alaska. Contact the Alaska Elite desk directly for further information on this tier.
AEP - AC
This status is earned by having 20+ corporate rentals the previous year and by being in good standing with Budget. Subject to normal rental requirements and vehicle availability.
Privileges include:
- Direct billing (Subject to credit approval).
- Special web access page for making reservations and receiving announcements.
- Special year-round rates at Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau and Kenai locations.
AEP - AB
This status is earned by having 30+ corporate rentals the previous year or more than 20 corporate rentals over two consecutive years, and by being in good standing with Budget. Subject to normal rental requirements and vehicle availability.
Privileges include:
- Direct billing (Subject to credit approval).
- Special web access for making reservations and receiving announcements.
- Special year-round rates at Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau and Kenai locations.
- Free upgrade when available.
AEP - AA
This status is earned by having more than 30 corporate rentals the previous year or more than 20 corporate rentals over three consecutive years, and by being in good standing with Budget.
Privileges include:
- Direct billing (Subject to credit approval).
- Special web access for making reservations and receiving announcements.
- Special year-round rates at Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau and Kenai locations.
- Free upgrade when available.
Renters in all four tiers qualify to receive one free weekend rental for every 5 Alaska Elite rentals!
